Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide truthful, lawful, and complete requirements and complete their own due diligence, sample confirmation, contract review, payment risk control, import compliance, and quality checks. Our organization and coordination services do not replace legal, trade, financial, inspection, or customs advice.
Supplier submissions
Suppliers submitting profile materials must provide truthful, lawful, and verifiable information and ensure photos, qualifications, product descriptions, and contact details are legally authorized. Display, scope, ranking, and duration depend on review, service terms, and actual approval results.
No guarantee of results
We use commercially reasonable efforts to organize information, coordinate communication, and provide support, but we do not guarantee suitable suppliers, completed transactions, price reductions, on-time delivery, product conformity, or any specific business outcome.
Paid services
Buyer assistance, negotiation support, visit assistance, and supplier profile submission may be paid services. Scope, fees, invoices, cancellation, refunds, success fees, travel expenses, and third-party costs should be defined in the confirmed quote, email, or service agreement.
Third-party services
Factory audits, quality inspection, logistics, legal, customs, payment, and certification services may be provided by third parties. We may coordinate them, but third-party results and liability are governed by the relevant provider terms.
Prohibited conduct
You may not submit false information, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, bypass service fees, abuse forms, scrape data, attack systems, send spam, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctions-evasion, or improper commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, supplier breach, buyer-supplier disputes, or third-party acts. Any liability cap should be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
